Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MusePilot AI ("Company") and users regarding the AI-based content automation service ("Service"), and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the online services provided by the Company including AI content generation, social media automation, scheduled posting, analytics, etc.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by posting on the Service screen or notifying users through other methods.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms if necessary, within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, and amended Terms become effective through the same notification method as Item 1.
  3. If users do not agree to amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amended Terms shall be deemed consent to the changes.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • AI-based content generation service
    • Trend analysis and idea recommendation service
    • SEO analysis and optimization service
    • Other services designated by the Company
  2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
  3. The Company may conduct regular maintenance if necessary for Service provision, and maintenance schedules will be announced on the Service screen.

Article 5 (Member Registration)

  1. Users apply for membership by entering member information according to the registration form designated by the Company and expressing consent to these Terms.
  2. The Company registers applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following:
    • If the applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms
    • If registration information contains false, omitted, or incorrect information
    • If registration would cause significant technical problems for the Company

Article 6 (Service Fees and Payment)

  1. The Service is divided into free and paid plans, and paid plan fees are posted on the payment page within the Service.
  2. Payment for paid services is processed through payment methods designated by the Company, such as credit cards and debit cards.
  3. Subscription services are automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested, and fees are automatically charged at renewal.
  4. If a user cancels their subscription, the Service can be used until the end of the current billing period, and fees already charged are not refunded.

Article 7 (Plan-Specific Terms)

  1. Free and Starter plans are designed for individual users and are limited to single-user use.
  2. Pro plan is designed for small teams (up to 5 people), and only members within the same organization can be registered as team members.
  3. Business plan is designed for businesses or corporations, and the following conditions apply:
    • Must be used for business purposes only; personal use is restricted.
    • Team members are limited to executives, employees, or those with official contractual relationships with the business.
    • Account sharing or resale to third parties is prohibited.
    • The Company may request business registration certificates or equivalent documents if necessary.
  4. Enterprise plan is a custom plan for large organizations, with terms defined by separate contract. Includes API access, SLA guarantee, dedicated support, etc.
  5. The Company may request correction or restrict Service use if it determines that a user's plan usage violates these provisions.

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

  1. Full refund is available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been used at all.
  2. After Service use, the remaining amount minus credits used may be refunded.
  3. Refund requests are accepted through customer service and may take 3-5 business days to process.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following:
    • Registering false information during application or modification
    • Stealing others' information
    • Modifying information posted by the Company
    • Transmitting or posting information (including computer programs) other than designated by the Company
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights including copyrights of the Company and third parties
    • Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company and third parties
    • Posting or publishing obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
    • Generating or distributing illegal content using the Service
    • Placing excessive load on the Service through automated methods

Article 10 (Copyright and Content Ownership)

  1. Copyright of content generated by users through the Service belongs to the users.
  2. The Company may use user-generated content for Service improvement and AI model training purposes, in which case it will be processed in a form that does not identify individuals.
  3. Intellectual property rights for the Service itself and technology, design, trademarks, etc. included in the Service belong to the Company.

Article 11 (Service Use Restriction)

  1. The Company may restrict Service use in stages through warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if users violate their obligations under these Terms or interfere with normal Service operation.
  2. The Company may immediately suspend Service use if users generate illegal content or infringe on others' rights.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for Service provision if unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content, and users are responsible for verifying generated content before use.
  3. The Company is not responsible for expected profits users fail to achieve or losses incurred from using the Service.
  4. The Company is not responsible for problems arising from policy changes or errors of external services (social media platforms, etc.) integrated by users.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
  2. Litigation regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

Article 14 (Refund Policy)

  1. Full refund is available within 7 days of payment if credit usage is less than 20%.
  2. After 7 days, a prorated refund based on the remaining subscription period is available.
  3. Refunds may be restricted if credit usage exceeds 20%.
  4. All remaining credits will be deducted upon refund.
  5. Credit packages can only be refunded within 7 days of purchase and if usage is less than 20%.
  6. Refund requests can be submitted from the Billing page and will be processed after admin review.
  7. Service access may be restricted for fraudulent refund requests or repeated refund requests after excessive usage.

Article 15 (Cancellation & Refund Policy)

  1. Users may request a cancellation within 7 days of payment. A full refund is provided if less than 20% of credits have been used.
  2. If more than 7 days have passed or more than 20% of credits have been used, a prorated partial refund will be issued based on the remaining subscription period.
  3. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method (card). Cash refunds are not available.
  4. Refund requests can be submitted from the Billing page within the service and will be processed after review.
  5. Refund processing may take 3-7 business days from the date of request.
  6. Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:
    • When 80% or more of provided credits have been used
    • Free plan users
    • When service access has been restricted due to Terms of Service violations
  7. When you cancel a subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle. Automatic payments will stop from the next billing date.

Article 16 (Customer Support)

  1. All responsibilities for transactions, refunds, and complaints are handled by Resonance Space.

Article 17 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall follow applicable laws or commercial customs.
  2. Even if any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
